Below level service…no proper response by staff n all.. They hv no stock for vehicle parts only..taking 2-3 days for service .. Third class environment.. 1 star is also good rating for them.. Preffer param or punjab only..

Ceramic coating done at Mahalaxmi auto are workshop. Very good and super satisfaction work done by Hardik bhai and her team. I am really happy and satisfied with all work.

I am not joking it's a serious review any time you can contact m to ask for this experience. Very poor service no fixed delivery date, manager over there are also careless. Plz it's a request not give your car on this center. They are making us cry for the delivery of car. I have given my car on 27/11/25 and today it's 27/12/25 been a month my husband is continuously struggling and fighting for the car. It's hardly damaged car not even a major accident car. The branch manager Piyush keep giving the dates but not delivered and the business head Ajit is giving m a date of 05/1/26 or 06/1/26. He is saying we can't do much. So over all a moderate damage car taken more than a month to correct it accordingly to this service centre. Such a pathetic center. No one care about commitment owner i don't know he is aware about all this things or just running it. How @mahindra allowing them to run this type of service center.

My name is Akash Thakkar, I own Mahindra XUV700. My car number is GJ01WE5400. 15 days ago I visited Mahalaxmi Autocare Vastral because my car was there for insurance claim so I went there to pick up my car. At that I asked claim manager Mr. Piyush that I want to check if my brake pads are okay or not because there was a warning of brake pads worn out showing in my car ? He said that your brake pads will run approx 5 to 6000 kms it’s just the censor issue then also before leaving service centre I confirmed this query to him atleast 4 to 5 times his answer was same. But when I visited again there in just 15days because the warning was still coming again and again, They said that your brake pads are worn out and disc is also heavily affected so you have to change both the things. So my complain is that if they had warn me at that time only then my disc would not have been affected. But they didn’t so I had to change both the brake pads and the disc.
