Don't buy from them, 2 years back we booked one flat. They said you will get 100 percent loan means 90 percent. We agreed and deposited the booking amount. Then they started forcing us to give more cash money etc. .. And they also said flat price got rised now.. Give money according to that.. They just played with our emotions for money by showing dream house. Because during our booking time price was low and when it got rised they started showing their real colours... Otherswise I and my hubby both are working with handsome salary and were eligible for loans also..... And now suddenly how they are advertising for flats.. We thought it may be now got soldout... They showed the pictures like many customers are already ready to buy 2 years back also..

This is quite good and huge residential society. Somehow very few people living here noisy. Kids of teenage can be very big problem because they can chop your wifi wires. Otherwise cleaning and maintenance are moderate.
