Very Bad service centre, very poor management. Unprofessionals staff. Zero raiting.

I have done the first two services of my Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 at Bhiwadi Motorcycles. The first service was avarage satisfactory, but the second service was extremely disappointing. The staff couldn't even open the filter compartment and claimed that cleaning the filter isn't necessary during every service. The headlight wire got damaged due to manufacturing defects from the inner side of the fuse box, but they refused to cover it under warranty. This is the worst service center I have ever experienced. The Hero service center in Rewari provides much better service.

Very Good workers' for bike service centre near bhiwadi.

I have bought my hero x streem 125 on January 2025 but the real problem I faced with service.. whenever I came here to do my bike service I faced terrible service experience all the staff was super rude they always talk badly to customer.. they never do service as they mantion on slip and u ask can u do service little fast they will start talk rubbish like go and buy a another bike...so who ever reading this please don't come here to do ur bike service and the guy name who was very rude to me his name is Deepak... #hero please teach ur staff how to behave and how to talk to a customer

Service Person doesn't know what to do and doesn't do the the basic things like air filter cleaning.
