I got scammed in this shop. I bought an Exide battery for my two wheeler and that battery stopped working while it was still under warranty. This shopkeeper, promised to get me a replacement from Exide and took my warranty card. It has been many months now and even after repeated follow-ups, the shopkeeper says the same story that he hasn't heard back from Exide. When I ask him to call Exide while I'm there, he refused. I can now confirm that these people are scammers.
