Before leaving from Perungudi, I fixed a specific appointment time based on the assurance that the rat mesh would be installed using a hydraulic ramp, which was the key reason I chose this place. I repeatedly confirmed there were no scheduling conflicts, as I was travelling a long distance to get it done the same day. After reaching, I was told it could not be done that day due to other cars, and was asked to come the next day, or accept installation without the ramp. Had this been informed earlier, I could have easily planned another day or gone to a nearby place. Making a customer drive 40 km based on an assurance and then changing the terms is poor business ethics and a breach of trust.
