Shiv Automobiles is a private agency which is authorised service centres for cashless motor insurance claims services. But my experience at this center was not good. I wanted to present my car for claim under cashless scheme as I was a policy holder from FG care. But when I approached the Shiv Automobiles for the service they asked me to bring the car to their service center. When I reached at service center, one guy attended me. After talking to the person, I felt that they were not much interested in taking my car for repair. (It might be because, it was not heavy damaged vehicle and having less margin for them). I was informed that they will need atleast 10 - 15 days for giving my car back and also informed me that I need to pay for some items as they are not covered under the claim policy. I explained them, that my policy was of zero dep and it was covered under bumper to bumper including the plastic ones and other accessories. I also explained him that the same item was repaired from same policy company in my earlier claim. But he was rigid and was again and again trying to convince me for the charges. After seeing his response, I decided to go to another service centre where my car got repaired under the policy claim and was returned to me within five days. So my experience was not good with Shiv Automobiles.

I go for my Swift Dzire for Repair. I request to check and give me quotation of total cost of repairs. But without seeing properly they gave estimate which was more higher than others. So check other options than go for repair

Worst place to service or repair your car....gave my car car reparing 2 times but they did even worst ....never got to this place...even the manager and people have very bad behaviour towards customer

Pathetic experience at the palace dont go here for your work for checking break pad of vehicle they are charging rs 1200 for opening the tyres and just checking for it .... I don't recommend this place anymore
