I have given my car for service and repair to this service centre four times (each time telling myself-"Never Again") Whatever repair I gave them, they have never repaired. Apart from wasting your time in preparing the work sheet, they don't really work as per the work sheet. They will only do what fetches them the quickest money (basic car wash, unnecessary disposable covers and door mats and probably refilling of DEF). Doubt if they even do an engine oil change. Shown below is one of the repairs which the service executive promised to have undertaken the work but has never done. And for the basic servicing, (virtually nothing) they took two whole days and charged 7800/-

I recently took delivery of my new car and the overall experience was excellent. The showroom team handled everything smoothly from documentation to vehicle explanation. The delivery process was well-organized, and the staff were polite, professional, and supportive throughout Overall, a very satisfying and memorable delivery experience. I would definitely recommend this showroom for anyone planning to buy a new car.

Very disappointed with the service at Sayar Tata Service Centre, Kanchipuram. I gave my Tata Harrier for service expecting professional work, but the experience was extremely poor. They damaged one part of my car and didn’t even inform me about it. No proper service work was done — except a basic water wash, and even that was not done properly. Before service, when I asked about certain service requests, they agreed. But after the service, they said it was “not the right time” because I had left early, which sounds very unprofessional. On top of that, they charged around ₹9000, mostly adding unnecessary items, while the actual work done was minimal. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this service centre unless they seriously improve transparency and service quality.
