Very good response and done the work of my car after the work my car feels like brand new car to drive thanks for the work and good response to customer from Bhuvan sir

I request everyone to please read this review before choosing this garage. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I gave my Skoda Fabia for a complete service, but even after delivering it six times, the issues were not properly resolved. They never seemed to carry out a proper diagnosis and instead kept suggesting replacement of multiple parts for problems that were not even relevant. For example, they quoted ₹30,000 for silencer replacement, whereas I got the same work done outside for just ₹6,000. That clearly shows the huge price difference. In total, I spent around ₹55,000 at this garage and still was not satisfied with the service. My car was kept there for more than a month, resulting in both time and money being wasted. Eventually, I had to take my car back without proper resolution. Please think twice before giving your vehicle here for service. My small advice is to choose an authorized showroom instead, as this garage seems to recommend replacing parts unnecessarily rather than repairing them.

Tata Tiago clutch noise issue fixed — finally happy with the Samruddhi Car Care service! I own a 2017 Tata Tiago XZ, and about two years ago, a small issue started with my car. Whenever I released the clutch while moving the vehicle, I began to hear a *creaking sound* near the end point of the clutch release. Initially, it would happen only after the car was parked for a couple of days and then started again. But gradually, the noise became more frequent. I took the car to an authorized Tata showroom. The mechanic there could not figure out the exact cause. He just said, “There’s no problem in driving, so continue using it; we’ll check later if it gets worse.” The noise didn’t stop, so I went to another mechanic I knew personally. He said he would fix it during service — but even after servicing, the problem continued. When I informed him, he kept the car for about a week to check, but still couldn’t find the root cause. Again, I was told to drive it unless the problem got worse. Later, I took it to another BOSCH service station and explained everything in detail. Even there, they couldn’t identify the issue. I had to keep driving the car with the same problem for nearly a year — luckily, it never broke down midway! This time, when the car’s scheduled service was due, I decided that I must get this fixed once and for all — only through a professional and committed service centre. While checking Instagram, I came across “Samruddhi Car Care.” I called them, and a representative named *Kavitha* answered. After hearing my problem, she said, “Please bring the car; we’ll inspect and fix it.” Even though it was quite far from my home in Nagarbhavi to Peenya, I took the car there. At the garage, I met *Bhuvan*, the in-charge mechanic. I explained everything to him and also requested for a complete service. He said he would need a day or two to check it properly, and I agreed. After two days, Bhuvan called and said, “We’ve done all the checks — the issue is internal, not external. It’s a clutch release bearing problem, and we’ll have to open the gearbox.” He also gave me a clear estimate of the cost. I visited the workshop, paid an advance, and within two more days, I got a call saying the car was ready. When I went for the trial run, the car felt smooth — the creaking noise was completely gone. I’ve been driving it for two days now and the issue seems fully fixed. A big thank you to Samruddhi Car Care — your service was excellent. You didn’t rush things or try to scare me about unnecessary issues. You handled it calmly and professionally and solved the problem perfectly. I’m giving your service the highest rating!

I took my Baleno to Samrudhi Car Care for regular servicing and to check some mileage issues. They seem well-equipped and the staff looks skilled, so no problem on the technical side 👍. What I didn’t like was the lack of transparency. Usually, they ask you to leave the car for 2–3 days. I insisted on staying, and they agreed—but they don’t let you actually see your car while they’re working. They said it’s company policy. For example, they told me the spark plugs were burnt and needed replacement. I said fine, go ahead. But when I asked how I could be sure the parts were really changed, they said they’d send me photos/videos on WhatsApp. Honestly, that didn’t inspire much confidence. Apart from that, no major complaints. The service was fine, but the costs are definitely on the higher side compared to regular workshops, especially their labor charges 💸. Although premium workshops usually have this policy where they don't allow the customers to see their cars in workshop, so it's kinda fine.

I recently gave my Skoda Superb for major service and repairs at Samruddhi Car Care, Peenya, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team did a fantastic job-from detailed diagnostics to delivering the car in excellent condition, everything was handled with professionalism and care. My Skoda Superb feels brand new again!
