"I came to Hero Virendra Automobile for the service of my Xtreme 125R. They initially told me it would take 3 hours to complete, but even after waiting an additional hour, my bike was still not ready. The staff was unresponsive, and no one provided proper updates or assistance. Very disappointed with the service. Needs better management and customer support."

I had a very bad experience with Virendra Hero Service Center, Rewari. The staff here is completely unprofessional and does not value customers’ time. I booked my service and was given a specific time, but when I reached the center, I had to wait for hours without any proper response from the staff. They don’t follow the promised timelines, and even after repeated requests, no one cared to update me on my vehicle's status. The lack of punctuality and communication is frustrating. If Hero MotoCorp truly values its customers, they must take action against such poor management. I expect a response and immediate improvement in service. Otherwise, I will have to escalate this complaint further.

Very Bad and slow service 3 hours taken only for washing . And other work is still pending Waiting time and ideal condition is very long. And very worst condition of hygiene At Rest area, Drinking water , Chiar condition, Many working person are moving here and there but effective work looking very less Same bike service work will done out side maximum within 2 hours.

Wrost customer support their staff didnt even know to how to handle customer I visited on 17 11 2025 i had to buy splendor +xtec2.0 but they didnt even had stock wrost experience no information about upcoming stock they didnt answer just told me that aye to aye na bhi aye shit service
