Very bad experience. The service manager completely ignored my issue. I visited the service center 6 times, but they never resolved the problem. Finally, I went to a local mechanic who fixed the issue within just 1 hour. This clearly shows the lack of skill and responsibility at the TVS service center. Very disappointed with TVS service. @TVS_officials please look into this.

Very disappointed with the service quality at this workshop. From the first day, I have been facing continuous issues with my vehicle even after giving it for service multiple times. Here is the list of problems I reported again and again: Headlight vapour issue Gear indicator not showing Back rim paint damaged Back tyre was not replaced although promised Exhaust paint damaged Vehicle kept in service for almost 18 days in one month Air filter not replaced, even though it is required every 7000 km Front wheel disk plate and nuts rusted Back tyre cracked Fuel tank let paint peeling off Major scratches noticed on exhaust and headlight after service Rear wheel brake pads worn out completely even after they told me “everything is OK” Within 44 km of riding, a loud noise came from the rear wheel and a local mechanic found the brake pads finished Every time I asked if they checked the vehicle properly, they said “yes”, but the problems continued The bike even stopped working just one day after service I gave them repeated chances, but the issues are never resolved properly. A service center must check the vehicle responsibly before handing it over to the customer, but that never happened here. I am extremely unhappy with their service and response. I hope they improve their professionalism and start taking customer issues seriously.

Another concern from my side is that the TVS service center is using detergent for bike washing, which has caused minor scratches on my fuel tank. Please look into this matter as well. Also, my previous headlight vapour issue still remains unresolved. It’s really disappointing to raise complaints almost every day, but as a customer I expect a perfect job on my bike. I hope you will understand this and take it as constructive feedback.

The salesperson assured us that the service quality was better than other service centers. However, after purchasing my bike, the reality has been completely different. It hasn’t even been one month since I bought the bike, and I am already facing issues with the meter console. Despite multiple visits and follow-ups, I am not getting any support from the service center. This is very disappointing and misleading. Promises made at the time of sale are not being honored after purchase. Customer support and after-sales service are extremely poor.

This service center has absolutely no logic or professionalism. They dropped my bike, repainted the damaged area, and returned it to me without informing me about the incident. I realized this only after doing my own inspection. This is completely unacceptable and unethical behavior. Instead of being honest and taking responsibility, they tried to hide their mistake. The staff lacks basic accountability, and the management is extremely poor. Such careless handling of customers’ vehicles is shocking. Please avoid this service center if you value your bike and your peace of mind. Very bad experience.
