The waiting room was not kept clean. Filled with matchsticks and it was stinking

This repair shop is filled with liars When I submitted my grandpa’s Scooty there for its service . They called me to collect the Scooty that has been serviced , at the time when I reached their the vehicle was not present in their repair workshop when I asked the person in charge he told me that the Scooty is being taken away for final try. But when the person came back he was not any employee there and was driving it without helmet . At this moment I was helpless and the manager started shouting at me. Be aware if you leave your vehicle their it can be used in any crime and then you will be held liable by law

Very bad service center always ready to charge extra money anyhow

The managing staff is poor and the trained mechanics have all left this place since I've been getting my bike serviced from this location from past 4 years. In these years I've learnt quite a lot about my bike however, the staff is still unaware about majority of things. A basic eg: When water gets into the spark plug the bike at higher rev will start to get low power because of moisture just blowing the air and cleaning that area will do the work however the pathetic mechanic will start the bike and will run the throttle unless the whole water is dried and ofcrs the fuel runs out. Basic knowledge is what they lack. Previous mechanics have all left including the previous management which was great this place is no more a good servicing place for any body. Trust me I've seen this place change in 4 years.

I was there for service my scooty access. They used duplicate oil for engine , I go to the counter for 1 min second , now mechanic told they replaced all other component and ready for washing. During waiting these reckless rascals slipped and fallen another scooty from lift over 5 feet high and suddenly behave no body watching and nothing serious. Present or absent ,Be here at your own risk.
