Title: Extremely Disappointed with Mahindra NHPC – Delayed Delivery of My Scorpio N Z2 I’m Vishal Kumar, and the booking is under my name (Vishal Kumar). I booked a Scorpio N Z2 (Black Diesel) on 18th July at Mahindra United NHPC, through your sales executive Mr. Vivek, who promised delivery by 10th November. A few days later, Vivek left the job and my case was handed over to Mr. Vipin Mavi. I stayed in regular contact with him and was assured that everything was on track. But now, when it’s time for delivery, I’m being told that due to some “GST issue” the vehicle is in short supply and billing cannot be done. This is completely unacceptable — I had clearly mentioned that this car was for my wedding, and now I’m left stranded at the last moment. I was promised delivery and trusted Mahindra’s commitment. If I do not receive my car on time, I will be forced to take legal action. Very disappointed with the handling of my booking and the lack of transparency. Pathetic Experience There is a huge wait time everytime I come for my car service. Everytime I have to wait for more than 1 hour just them to accept the car for service. They just have 3 employee to attend all cars for service. They must employ more people on the service desk, so they can attend more people at one time. It's very frustrating. Even after giving them multiple feedback, they are not improving. Seems our feedbacks are not even taken into consideration.

It took more than 2 hours to give my car for service even after booking an appointment on a weekday. The advisor was in rush, he didn't even listen to my problem carefully, and added unnecessary products in bill.

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy, which makes the overall buying experience comfortable. As a Google Local Guide with over 5 million image views and a Google-trusted 360° & 3D photographer, I always pay close attention to visual detail, ambience, and property upkeep. This showroom stands out for its cleanliness, organized layout, and brand-consistent presentation that reflects Mahindra’s strong and premium identity. This review reflects my genuine experience at the property.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with United Automobile, Faridabad. I have been trying to schedule a home test drive for the Mahindra XEV 9S for almost two weeks, and every single time the sales team commits to a schedule and then backs out at the last moment saying the vehicle is not available. This has happened repeatedly and shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for a customer’s time. One of their sales representatives, Chandar, was also quite rude on the phone, which is shocking when someone is simply trying to explore buying a vehicle. More recently, I was coordinating with another sales rep, Rajeev, who clearly committed to a home test drive on Saturday evening. When the time came, he simply stopped answering my calls. The next day he casually mentioned that he did not pick up because the vehicle was not available. If the vehicle wasn’t available, why make the commitment in the first place? This kind of behavior shows that the dealership does not take customer commitments seriously and has very poor internal coordination. Frankly, if this is how potential customers are treated before even buying the car, it raises serious concerns about what the after-sales service and support would look like once the vehicle is sold. I would strongly advise management at United Automobile to train their sales staff on professionalism, communication, and honoring commitments, because the current experience is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
