Pathetic experience. Don't get fooled by good ratings!! 3 kgs of Birthday cake for my son was delivered in a damaged and tilted condition. It was so embarrassing in front of all the guests. They took ₹1500 for a damaged cake and even was not ready to accept their mistake. "Humne toh sahi bheja tha apne check nahi Kiya". Their delivery guy asked us not to open the box since it will damaged the cake that was packed. Upar se inki akad no sorry no compensation. I don't recommend these bakers. Better pay extra amount to someone responsible. Jinko pata ho ki kisi ka birthday kitna special din hota hai specially bacho ke liye.
