Worst experience ever. Received a spilled cake, with parts missing and no border at all. The box was clean, which clearly means the cake was sent in this condition intentionally. Called the shop and got no support. They argued instead of fixing the issue and gave excuses about the cake being made hours earlier. Very rude behavior from both owner and staff. Had to reorder from another shop. Skip this place if you value your money and time.

I have ordered cake, received spilled cake intentionally. How I’m able to say that intentionally, bcoz when I checked box there is no cake border and some parts are missing from the right side of the cake and box wall is clean. Called shop they are saying we have made this cake 3-4 hrs prior then why you guys are saying your self live cake shop. Pathetic experience. No support from the owner and staff. Ordered cake again from other store. So will suggest skip this shop. Big Zero star for their behaviour and customer experience.
