Worst experience ever. I have ordered a birthday cake on 13the September evening and paid Rs. 350 advance for the same. They have promised me to deliver the cake on 15th September evening. Today when I visited the outlet they said that my ordered cake is not there and that cannot provided me my pre ordered cake. Lastly I have to Purchase a different cake. This is completely not acceptable from this brand, this is a complete harassment. I will not suggest anyone for pre-ordered birthday cake at list from Girlish Park outlet. The employees are not at all co-operative. I am still unable to understand how can this would be possible! I placed the order 2 days earlier and they have also provided me the bill with the order details but still this incident happened. Waste of money and also completely ruined my entire birthday plan.

Service bad... Evening time as well they do not have change of 50 rs. And behaviour is very rude as well And went through this problem it's 4th time now. And last time the food is also smelling bad, had to throw it away.

None of the 3 staffs were wearing Masks. even after pointing out they didn't put on the Mask. Rude behaviour of Staff. They don't know how to talk to Customers. Monginis has to do better to ensure quality of staff.

Limited variety in Birthday Cake. Only white forest was not available. Overall its good...

Quality of the Chicken Patties and Chicken Webs were Below Average, Not Upto The Mark, Taste Below average, Not Fresh and the Quality of the Choco Chips Pastry was Average, foods are Over Priced in respect to the quality. Quality of the foods Needs lots of improvements.
