Owners or Employee whoever he is. He is so rude. He do not have basic sense now to talk to people. He has the bag still he denied. Not visiting again.

Third class quality and response from the owner! Ordered first time and got unfresh doughnut & disappointed very much that I'm not suggesting it to anyone for atleast first time.

I ordered a cake from Oven Magick on Zomato and the cake was not fresh. It had a bad smell and tasted old. When I complained, the bakery said they had sent a fresh cake, which was not true. I am very disappointed with their service and quality. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend ordering from this bakery.

WORST BAKERY. .ORDERED 9000 WORTH CAKES , ON OVEN MAGICK THRU ZOMATO, 17 HRS BEFORE DLVRY .#ONLY 20% CORRECT CHICOLATE CAKES SENT . REST VERY CHEAP CAKES SENT WITH CHEATING LOT OF CHEAP CREAM N VERY LESS DOUGH . .. ZOMATO ALSO WORST. Pls never order your any occasion cake at magic oven judges banglow branch... they can spoil your event with surprise.... whatever design you give them... they will not prepare... and highly unprofessional staff and manager... recently we have given order and got completely different product... and no one listen to you after making huge mistake...
