Hopeless staff, who can insultthecustomerand can use verybad words. I gave card for swipe and my money got deducted for twice. I got the sms from bank. In place of returning extra money, storekeeper didn't agreed to give purchased good and showing pendig approval status. I checked with swipe machine vendor separately and they confirmed that it turns in approved status after one day. Guy used very bad words and insulted very badly.

Time commitment is very bad…please be very careful they will give range to 1 hrs ..eg 6 to 7 pm…means cake will be made available at 7 or after 7 pm…with silly excuses …will not recommend this shop

The cakes are pathetic. Believe me, it is not as it used to be before. I also had an issue with payment here. The money got deducted but they kept saying they have not received it and I had to pay them in cash. The amount was big so I asked them to check again after 5-7 days and still were denying it by saying the main person is not here to confirm yet. In the end, I had to show up without any notice and got my money back. Think before going here as I also have heard from others regarding the payment issues.

We ordered a custom makeup cake for my daughter two days ago. The cake was good, and the fondant was also great. The kids enjoyed it a lot at the birthday party. Thanks for this cake and for delivering it to our home.

Whenever I go there to buy any product and pay by cash the lady in counter directly says there is no change and give me an attitutde like if you want to buy then bring change from other shops or leave. 4 to 5 times I felt the same experience. We love your products but assistance is very bad.
