Honest review: Ordered a birthday cake from Bakingo, but the delivery partner failed to deliver on time and refused to hand it over. The reason wasn't clear, and the customer care team's behavior was unhelpful. Extremely disappointed with the service. Won't be ordering from Bekingo again.

I have ordered from bakingo first time from zomato one pineapple cake and one cheesecake Jar i was little confused first but when I tastes there cakes it tastes soo yummy. It is soo fresh and presentation, delivery everything is good. Must try from this bakery ❣️

Very nice. I had to change my order with paying extra money. But the guy ‘Vikas’ refused to take any money for changing my order even in his personal account. So happy with the service.

Ordered a truffle cake from zomato and received cake was not fresh. Poor quality, threw cake in the dustbin. Will never order from bakingo.

The Tiramisu Pastry I ordered was expired. It tasted very odd, almost bitter! It was spoilt! This is soo disappointing from a major brand like Bakingo! Seriously shame! The red velvet and chocolate jar seemed old too but they were okayish! The quality of your food is deteriorating. I can’t believe this. I was having tiramisu for the first time and it tasted soo bad, you ruined it for me. Please see into this matter, highly disappointed. Atleast offer a refund or exchange for real!
