I thank all the staff for the excellent behaviour...two lady staff were so courteous that came up to the Auto stand with the 4 packs that contained 30 packets of edibles bought from there and a packet of 2 lb black forest..My salute to these ladies for their gesture ...I am touched..products are pocket friendly and really delicious...hospitality is extra ordinary.

I bought 2 chicken internet,1 chicken 65 and 1 chicken envelope... barring the chicken envelope rest of the items were stale, especially the chicken internet was pathetic.I repeatedly told the sales girl not to give anything which is not fresh but still she packed the stale food.I am sorry but you have lost a client today.

Loved The RedVelvet Cupcakes and Vegetable Cutlet More so Loved the Behaviour of The Staff Even Though I bought just two items They were so courteous in asking What More I want And Patiently waiting for me to choose what i wanted to get packed I was really impressed by their behaviour especially after getting pathetic treatment from Mio Amore outlet Highly Recommend Kathleen For Their wide variety of Cake and Snack options more so for Their Lovely Customer Service 💖

The food was stale and expensive compare to other shops like mio amore and monginis. I will never go there.

Earlier everyone had a general loathing for Kathleen but recently they have upgraded their items and they are really good. A must try for anyone who avoided trying Kathleen products in the first place. Some of the items are even better than their immediate competitions.
