Very bad experience! We ordered a cake for our special function and got a defective cake. Quality was also so so. Wasted money When I complained after 3 days, they are telling me that why didn't I complained on the same day?!! I said will complaint so they are saying do whatever..!! Store ppl are saying company delivered such cake,but whose responsibility is it to inspect the product and ensure the proper service when you taking this much money? Pathetic service and pathetic response. And looks like all the staff has given 5* and all the customers have given 1*. Because there are no reviews in between. So it's evident that their service is bad.

Disappointing experience with the cake collection. I was given a specific time slot of 11 AM, but the cake wasn't ready until 11:30 AM. What's the point of pre-ordering a day in advance and getting a specific time slot if the delivery isn't timely? It would be great if they could stick to the scheduled time or at least communicate any delays. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

Poor quality of Cake... It was smelling very bad. I doubt that they sell some local quality of Cake under Monginis name. Never ever buy anything from here And even Monginis should have strong customer support to maintain the quality

Worst cake shop I have ever seen. They were making joke of monginis Brand. Today I have purchased pastries from there I found fungus in it.

Cakes are dry... Might be 7-8 days old. It's my childhood brand name but now not on the mark.
