Name is excited but whole experience was completely disaster please avoid buying, all items are old and no fresh items. Very worst experience and rates are too much not at all worthy.

Bought fresh fruit half kg cake. While checking bag, found that there were no candles, when requested for the candles, the guy made very bad faces. It's feel by asking candles we made some thing wrong. Please be noted whether we buy 100 grams or 100000 grams, customer should be handed over product in proper way. Smile which cost you nothing.

Very bad and whole birthday got upset very bad swiss castle tarnaka I have ordered a butterscotch 1/2 kg cake RS. 698 on Feb 3 2026 at 11 pm Was very excited to cut the cake and to eat While cutting the cake was very hard inside like applying force to the knife to cut Actually the the cake should be very soft sponge and juicy But there is nothing very hard cannot eat it also Money wasted 698 rs You know how the cake is like very old stock literally the cake is hard applying force to the knife to cut and no one had the cake from outside it is like fully makeuped and looking ok but inside worst When your taking the money please deliver the quality know yaar Just sending like your giving it for free I just didn't expect this from swiss castle of tarnaka

I have booked 7kgs of cool cake for my son's birthday. They have prepared it and asked us to pick the cake, when we picked it was little bit sunk. One who loaded into the car also sccepted it. When we reached the hall which was just 2kms away it was in below condition. Whole lower layer got sunk in due to no cooling of cake which they are not accepting. When we tried to say the same thing they are not ready to do anything and after lot of discussions and to & fro conversations they sent someone just before when we are ready to cut the same cake as we are out of options.
