There is one female employee here she is very rude and arrogant. Doesn't value customer at all. No priority to customer given at all. Even though the products of ribbons and balloons are good i might not consider visiting again due to rude behavior 😡😡😡

Don’t like the behaviour of staff as i continuously calling for changes and they are just ignoring my calls. Bad service experience for this outlet. I have visited and ordered from many of the ribbons stores but this store service is very unprofessional

I had ordered my birthday cake from zomato at this branch and got such a stale and chemical colour cake I had never have such in my life I will recommend if you want to ruined your birthday then you must order from this branch

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the customer service at your Bandra outlet. I have visited this store multiple times, and almost every visit has been extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially during the morning/day shift. The staff frequently refuses to provide change and instead asks customers to arrange it themselves, which is not acceptable. The way this is communicated is often rude and disrespectful. Customers are also kept waiting unnecessarily, even when the store is not busy. On multiple occasions, I have not been given the exact items I ordered, which shows a complete lack of attention and responsibility. This kind of service damages the trust and reputation of your brand. Because of these repeated experiences, I have decided that I will no longer visit this outlet unless immediate action is taken to improve staff behavior and service standards. I strongly request you to look into this matter seriously. This outlet is not have standards to give 1 star also.
