Their banquet has the worst service I've ever received. Worst food quality and worst room service. Strictly non recommendable.

I recently visited Golden Petal Banquet. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the good food taste. Apart from that, the experience was disappointing. The ambience was not good, the location and parking were inconvenient, and the interiors looked outdated. The sofas were completely sunk in, making it uncomfortable to sit, and the washrooms were very dirty with walls having chipped paint. The owner should take better care of the comfort and hygiene for visitors...

I Stayed in this hotel twice before and it was okay, but this third time my experience was very disappointing. I had booked a bigger room, but they gave me a smaller one. The room was not clean at all – bedsheets and blanket were so dirty that I didn’t even feel like sitting on the bed. When I asked to change them, they simply said “laundry is not available.” They also charged extra for extra bedding... totally fine...but didn’t provide even bedsheet. The furniture was full of dust, and overall hygiene was missing. Also, the lift was not working – it wasn’t working during my first visit either, so clearly no maintenance has been done. Honestly, a very bad experience this time.
