We had very bad experience with this hall. Today we attended my cousin brother son's 1st birthday and all of sudden there was a power outage in the middle of the event.surprisingly there was no power backup and we ended our dinner and photo session without lighting and AC. Even there is no proper parking for this hall. Only thing which we like is food.... For this i am giving 2star.

Visited on 18-Dec-20. The banquet hall is in 3rd floor and the lift can accommodate only 5 adults. it tool a long time to go up by lift. The staircase is not well lit and we were afraid of going 3 floors by that narrow staircase. The place may be suitable for small gatherings a maximum of maybe 100. The good thing though is the rooftop were the dinner was served. It can be improved but was a welcome change from the suffocating atmosphere in banquet hall. Air Conditioning not working, only one cooler, fans were also not working and there was no one from the banquet to get in touch with for making these arrangement.

There is no proper maintenance as no cleanness and hygiene has been maintained from the ground floor entrance to the inside hall sitting area. AC never works as that is for show purpose and all our guests were disappointed. We have to give the full amount then only we can book the slot because the owner is very intelligent and after using the hall people will not pay because of the above problems. Also we lost costly ornaments, when we contacted the owner about this cleaning staff took, we got a careless response, so no use of CCTV as workers and owners are together.

1star rating is more than enough for this hall, AC's are one star rating with no cooling effect, lift is very small and that too will not work in peak times.. Low maintenance of hall.. There is no parking space for vehicles even 2 wheelers.. Not at all recommended this hall if you want to enjoy the party/occasion.

Kk banquet hall is located on the 3rd floor. Only one small lift. The hall is newly constructed and has good design but very compact. Suitable for 50-75 people. Parking space is less. AC cooling is not sufficient and feels suffocation. Seating arrangement is poor as it has many pillars in between so its hard to look at the stage. This doesn't feels like function hall but it is like apartment without walls and full of pillars.
