It was Beautiful and Spacious. Can easily hold the gathering of 250 to 300 people. Food and service was also good. Rating according to me out of 5* Ambience - 5* Spacious - 4* Food - 4* Service - 3.5* Highly Recommended for Gathering of 200 to 300 people.

Recently attended a birthday party here, found the banquet hall is well organised and built on the Burari-Santnagar main road. It was beautiful inside & well furnished. The staff were good, place was clean and hygienically maintained. Best part was its food, wheather it was snacks or main course both were delicious. It was great experience & enjoyable. Recommended! 👍

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended at All We booked this banquet for our baby Agastya’s birthday party, trusting the promises made by the management. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Menu Not Followed: Moong Dal Halwa was clearly mentioned in our finalized menu, but it was never prepared or served. No explanation was given. Host Treated Poorly: As the host, when my husband and I sat down to have dinner with our close friends, we were told that snacks were already over. We were served cold bread, which is unacceptable at a paid function. Even Gajar ka Halwa was finished, though guests were still present. Food Quantity Mismanagement: We booked for 180 guests, but only around 90 people attended. Despite this, food was denied to us. Earlier, Ms. Tina (she handled our booking; not sure of her exact designation) clearly promised that if fewer guests came, we would be allowed to take the leftover food. False Commitment & Rude Behaviour: When we asked for the leftover food, the event manager bluntly refused, saying they cannot give it. Ms. Tina was extremely rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. After full payment, their attitude completely changed. Kitchen Closed Without Consent: Shockingly, Ms. Tina casually said that maybe the kitchen was closed by the chef—without checking with the owner or even informing the host. How can a kitchen be closed during an ongoing event without the host’s permission? Unethical Practices: We later came to know that Gajar ka Halwa was packed for Ms. Tina’s personal use from our function, but we—who paid a hefty amount—were denied packing food. Fake Reviews Alert: Most of the positive reviews you see here are fake, written by their own people to mislead innocent customers. Overall, we wasted a lot of money, faced humiliation as hosts, and received zero accountability or apology. They will talk very sweetly (meethi meethi baatein) before booking, but during service you will see their asli rang. ❌ Strongly advise NOT to book this banquet for any family function or important occasion.

If I could give. 0 star to this banquet, I would have given it . At the time of booking there was lady named Tina, she said yes to everything like about the balloon decor & menu customisation she said she would upgrade our menu on her own and told us not worry even demanded extra payment from us for extra decor & menu customisation but did not give recieving for that but still no issues , problem started when there was no decor & menu upgradation at the day of function. When we reached there she asked us to clear payment first when we cleared our balance & gave her the extra amount she demanded , her behaviour was changed after that . We went to hall after that and saw there was no decor , when we complained her about that she denied everything. I also run a hotel property, she doesn't have any manners . As a hotelier you can not behave with guests so rudely . I don't know how she became a general manager there as she told us she is the general manager. Who will come back to you if you behave like that with people, fake commitments & fake commitments that's all they can give to you . We were worried about our function and complaining her & she was peacefully sitting and eating snacks in the office laughing with other mangers. Hall is nice and food is also very good. I don't know if she forgot to upgrade our menu & about decoration but due to her mistakes our function got ruined. I wanted to meet the owner of the property and tell him about the staff , whe I threatened her about that ki I will complain about her to owner she laughed and said "usse kya hoga" as she have support from back . I wanted to complain about her but my mother stopped me at that time as she did not wanted any drama .At the end I would never recommend this banquet to anyone , please do not waste your money here . Wrong commitments are given at the time of booking. Even the staff there was ashamed of her behaviour. I don't know what else to say , they do not know about the 'H' of hospitality . I got busy after the function that is why I forgot to write a review. Worst experience ever , never seen a person so arrogant like her
