Dear owner, Replying to every negative review with a standard apology does not solve the underlying issues. It is clear from my recent experience that significant changes are needed. I strongly urge you to either bring in new staff or invest in serious behavioral and service training for your current team. As it stands, the service is unacceptable, and words alone won't fix a poor customer experience.

Visited the Bandlaguda branch during Ramadan from nearly 20 km away. I was a bit disappointed that this branch was not offering the Ramadan promotion while other branches had offers available. However, the service provided by Noor was very good and professional. I’m satisfied with the service quality. Hope the management keeps offers consistent across all branches in the future.
