Had a bad experience here, felt unsafe because of ill gaze of some men from the salon staff. When people come to the salon they need a safe and comfortable space to enjoy the experience, especially women but that wasn’t the case here. I hope you take some action and brief your male staff accordingly. A good salon experience ruined by some men uncomfortably staring 👎🏽

had a really disappointing experience at Illume. They talk a lot but the results were very dull. I got a haircut and beard done, but it didn’t give me that polished salon feel—you know, the kind where you walk out feeling great. On top of that, they pushed me into trying a “hair spa,” which was nothing more than applying some cream on my hair, and charged ₹2500 for it. They also did a face mask for ₹2000, but honestly, there was no visible difference at all. When I asked about the hair spa not making my hair smooth, the staff just said, “Leave it on me, I’ll do it great.” Sadly, the outcome proved otherwise. Overall, I was very unhappy with the services and the value for money. I would honestly prefer going to a local salon instead, where at least expectations match results. Not recommended.
