I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The place looked unhygienic the moment I stepped in – hair all over the floor, tools lying around without being sanitized, and a strong chemical smell. The staff seemed completely disinterested and untrained. They kept answering personal calls during my service and didn’t even bother to ask what style or product I preferred. The facial felt rushed and rough, my eyebrows were left uneven, and the haircut was nothing like what I’d asked for. To top it off, the prices they charged were far higher than what’s advertised, with no clear explanation. I walked out feeling not pampered but cheated and upset. I honestly wish I’d read reviews before going in. If you care about your hair, skin, or basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs.
