My dad and I came for a facial and we were very impressed by the service provided by Mohammed Kaif and Raftar. They provided a great service and the results were great and refreshing. We definitely recommend them!

This is to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your salon. I traveled a long distance specifically because of your high ratings,but looks like it's not real ratings, but my experience did not meet professional standards. My stylist appeared to be in a good mood and njoying himself but this resulted in a total lack of focus on my needs. He did not consult me on length and, within seconds, cut off six months of hair growth . The final style is unfinished and completely different from what I requested. I paid my bill and left quietly to avoid a scene, but I am very unhappy with the result.

"I am extremely disappointed with the haircut I received from Javed. I gave clear instructions on how I wanted my hair cut, but he seemed to completely ignore them and did his own thing. The quality of the cut is very poor, with uneven blending and a lack of attention to detail; it looks unfinished and is totally different from the style I requested. It’s frustrating to pay for a service where your input isn't valued. I expected a professional standard, but unfortunately, I left feeling worse about my hair than when I walked in. I won't be returning and cannot recommend him."
