Mr. Jay did a really good job on my hair. My hair is extremely thin and delicate, yet he was careful and skillfully detangler every inch. I recommend him for women with extremely delicate hair.

Very disappointed by the haircut done by someone for my daughter. Asked to do a pixie style haircut and now her hair is so messy that it doesn't stays down from the back and its all over the place. She had such luscious locks. Looks like someone inexperienced just charged the money for practice. Plus they have no standards on the cost for children haircut. One person is quoting 799 plus gst and the other says 699 which appears very unprofessional. Never coming back here again sadly.

Cheating Customers with Inflated Bills – Worst Experience Extremely disappointed with Looks Salon. I was blatantly overcharged for just 2 hair washes, which is unacceptable. Even after claiming a 37% anniversary discount, the final bill was shockingly high. Other professional salons charge ₹600–₹700 for the same service, but Looks Salon charged far more without any clear explanation. Prices were not disclosed in advance, and the bill was shown only after the service—this feels like a deliberate tactic to trap customers. This is misleading, unethical, and unprofessional behavior. I feel cheated and demand a refund for the extra amount charged. I strongly warn others to ask for written prices before any service, or better, avoid this salon altogether. Great service! Very prompt and thoroughly professional. Meet treated my hair with utmost care and sincerity and totally transformed how my hair looks now! Meenu was very patient and did the facial above my expectations and made threading, something I find very painful, a relatively hassle free experience. Will be surely visiting again! Thank you once again!
