This shop has been recently opened and I want to give a try and today had my haircut today, it was done nicely there are multiple combos I choosed 399 combo which includes haircut, beard trim, DTAN and oil message 20 mins. The ambiance was too good, staffs are very pleasing and checking with us before the haircut 💇‍♂️ Totally worth it!!!

Had huge expectations, but my experience was very disappointing. Probably one of the worst barbers that I've come across. I Don't mean to be rude but I'm not sure if he meant to do haircut or sheep rearing. Very rough handling and unprofessional cutting. p.s please take a bath before working with customers. A humble request🙏

I had to wait for over an hour even though there were only two barbers working. They don’t give any priority to the waiting customers once they finish a haircut, they immediately try to upsell the same customer with extras like oil massage, hair dye, or facial instead of attending to the next person waiting. They seem completely unconcerned about the people in line. I just left because it was clear the wait would drag on. **If you plan to visit this shop be prepared to wait at least 2 hours.**

I have been to this salon regularly for more than 6 months now. Today, when I went, 2 guys lethargically actioned me to sit and was watching reels. I was unhappy with the gesture and left the salon and no one bothered to even ask why. Compared to other Mckingstown units, this one is bad in terms of cleanliness as well. Have decided not to visit this unit anymore. Pls be aware of the 25+ salons around your location.
