"I recently had a waxing appointment, and unfortunately, it was a pretty terrible experience. The esthetician seemed inexperienced, and the wax was either too hot or applied incorrectly because it caused a lot of pain and irritation. The results were also disappointing, as many hairs were left behind. The overall atmosphere of the salon wasn't very relaxing either. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning."
