Bad experience!! Here they just keep bitching about their boss the whole time & not professional at all...the haircut guy used abusive word, not to me but during a conversation addressing the AC guy as AC was not working.Simply unprofessional. I was told in keratin treatment the hair will be straight at least for 6-8 months but within one wash i could see my hairs are wavey & bit curls...only eyebrow was done well & facial I did once that was good...overall bad experience & a very genuine review as I felt they just made money by fooling me.
