Meri bhabhi ne party makeup kraya tha, but unka makeup bikul bhi acha nhi kiya. And Talking sence isn't good, worst service... Not recommend ever

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this parlour. We booked bridal makeup services for ₹28,000 based on the facilities and quality that were promised at the time of booking. Unfortunately, most of those promises were not fulfilled. The makeup quality was very poor — it started peeling off within a short time and did not look professional at all. The hairstyle was incomplete and poorly done, and important elements like floral styling and proper front setting were missing. The jewellery provided was of very low quality — it looked faded and even the nose ring was broken. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a bridal look. Additionally, nail art was only done on the hands and not on the feet, despite being part of the expected service, and even that was poorly executed. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Charging such a high amount and not delivering the promised services shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. Apart from the service issues, the behaviour of the owner (Palak saini) was also not appropriate. There was a lack of professionalism in communication, and concerns were not addressed in a respectful or cooperative manner. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Worst experience with this parlour on my special day she charged 30000 but she's doing nothing my makeup was dry in just 3 hrs and looks black very disappointed and I suggest nobody should b go there because she's not value your special day and her behaviour is also very bad and her draped the duppta in a very casual way my duppata loose in just 1 2 hr in my wedding.waste of money parlour and also she's prebridal is so worst and used a 3rd class product after some time u have to faced the elergy on body I m never recommend this palak makeover don't go there bhai pehle sikhkr aao Krna kaise h fir vrna dusro ka din mt khrab kro 30000 lekr b
