Very bad experience. I went here to get my eyebrows done for a wedding, but they completely ruined the shape. Both eyebrows look different and uneven, and it changed my entire face. There was no attention to detail or symmetry. I’m extremely disappointed with the service.

Will not say about female section, but the men’s hair cut and beard trim, I got yesterday was terrible. Also the barber who was cutting my hair seemed less interested and was constantly distracted…he was just doing the job for the sake of doing. literally the worst haircut I had in my life till now. Even a open air street barber shop would have done it much better Note- the person at the reception are good and welcoming. However the thing matter is the service we go for

I have visited this place twice and got my haircut done by Pratham, and the result was excellent both times.
