First time getting highlights and I couldn’t be happier. Santu did a fantastic job choosing the right colour and gave me a haircut tailored perfectly to my needs. Loved the outcome—highly recommend!

It was a major let down. We went to get our hair done for an evening event and saree draping. We specifically asked the time we need to be there for a finished hair do at a certain time as we didn’t want to be late for the function. We arrived at the said time however, we were made to wait and eventually they finished our hair up do one and half hour later than the time we asked, making us late for the event. Also they didn’t take any care with our ( my daughter and I ) hair as we found there were bits of burnt hair when we took our hair down at the end of the event. The charged us for the premium hair styling where the finishing was no where close to neat finish and by the look of it only one person was there who knew how to use curling tongs ( limited knowledge as she burnt our hair). Very disappointed. Won’t be visiting ever again.

I always come back to this branch,my experience has always been positive. Shontu is my hairstylist who always does a very good job with hair colour and blow dry. staffs are professional and welcoming. Shout out to Jyoti and sameer who does my other services.overall a very good experience and this is my go to place for a bit of self pampering.
