Improper knowledge of haircut. Worst saloon worst...very worst. Despite showing the design of haircut, he cut by his own mood. Please grow your hair but never go if you have love for your hair. Please don't go.. they are just worst... I'm suffering. I'm not having courage to face myself. They did so wrong.

Please consider hiring some Tamil-speaking hair specialists or training the existing staff in basic Tamil communication. It was very difficult to explain the type of hairstyle I wanted, and I ended up getting a big disappointment while trying to communicate it. The staff only spoke Hindi, which made the experience frustrating — especially considering the salon is located in Chennai.

Completely spoiled my hair. A kid cut my hair and turned out a disaster. Please don't consider even going. Place is even congested.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. The staff were not attentive and seemed unprofessional especially the guy ARBAZ who was working there. The haircut was not done as requested, and they did not listen properly to my instructions. The service was not worth the money I paid. I expected much better quality and customer care. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting again. i would request all to choose another instead this

Great experience for a hindi speaker. Just like you would get a haircut in your hometown up north. I feel for the south people as they feel the same communication issue as us there. But good stuff.
