Worst threading experience ever. The staff completely ruined my eyebrow shape and didn’t seem skilled at all.When you visit a salon, you expect professionals who know their work, not someone experimenting on your face. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.Really disappointed — definitely not coming back.

I am a regular customer i love to avail the services from looks but unfortunately from the last owner change (sakshi) things have changed and its not the same like before. Really disappointed with the services. Got my nails done after so long after 4 hours this is what I have got. This nail girl has such a bad attitude whatsoever you would tell her she would not listen to you. No shape thick product with bubbles such a bad experience.

Nail artist Shivani does an excellent job. The nails look very classy, and her consultation is equally impressive.

This was a wonderful experience. I came here for hair colour and threading. This was my first time in Looks Salon and they did not disappoint. Thanks Sahil for getting me the exact colour I was looking for. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants to visit. He is also very gentle and quite mindful of your space and time. Thank You so much. And this is now my Salon.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Looks salon, Iris Broadway. I got my hair services done here recently, and despite repeatedly expressing that I was not satisfied, my concerns were completely ignored. The front desk manager, Mr. Kishore, was particularly rude and highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue or trying to resolve it, he kept saying “we do it like this only” and showed absolutely no willingness to listen or help. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when a customer is clearly unhappy with the service. I have visited many reputed salons before and have never encountered such poor customer service or lack of accountability. It was evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Very disappointing experience overall — definitely not a place I would recommend.
