They will charge you service you even asked for it

I recently visited Sitara Unisex Salon for a keratin treatment and face rejuvenation, and I couldn't be happier! The staff was incredibly professional, guiding me through each step of the process. Went to this salon on Sunday just for a simple haircut, which costs ₹99. Told the guy clearly — only haircut, no fancy stuff. He did that part fine. Then I just said, “bro, my beard line is uneven, just run the scissor once.” That’s it. Not shaping, not trimming, nothing. Just a quick fix. He literally took the scissor, snipped maybe two hairs, and said done. Whole thing took less than five seconds. When I went for billing, the cashier added full beard charge on top. I asked, “For what? You didn’t even do the beard.” He says, “Sir, if we touch your beard, we have to charge.” I told him it’s not about the money, it’s about common sense and honesty. Why should I pay for a service that never happened? They didn’t care. Argued back with attitude, staff was rude and arrogant, acting like they’re doing some big favor. This place is literally robbing customers for every extra rupee they can. No manners, no professionalism, no respect for customers. If you don’t want to waste your money or patience, just avoid this place completely.
