It was my 2nd time and I know one guy who is professional but one time the shop was empty and there was a new guy who just joined and soo first I didn't allowed him but then the other guys told me he is good but he just spoiled my beard completely and I just watched him doing that 🥲

Worst salon experience I have ever had. Do not go here. Two weeks ago, I went to this salon for brown hair color with highlights. I even showed a reference picture of the exact color and style I wanted. After the coloring was done, my hair looked completely black, not brown at all. When I asked about it, the salon person told me that brown color would look like that initially and that the color would become visible in 2–3 days. He also said that if it didn’t appear, he would redo it and take responsibility. After 2 days, the color still didn’t show. Even after one week, there was no visible brown. I went back to the salon and showed them the result and told them I would come again to fix it. Today I went back again. A different person attended me, and he already knew about the previous issue. I again showed the same reference picture, but even then he did not try to match the color properly. After coloring, the brown shade was still not visible. Then he applied another color saying it was for highlights, which showed only slightly. Also, the way he did the highlights was very unprofessional. Normally, highlights are done using silver foil and proper layering, but he did not use any foil or proper technique. He simply applied the color to the whole hair randomly, which is not how highlights should be done. When it was time to pay the bill, he asked me to pay again. I was shocked. I told him that the previous coloring was already done wrongly and that this visit was just to correct their earlier mistake. But he said the previous work was done by another person and insisted that I pay again. This is the same salon, so the responsibility should be theirs. Despite the unsatisfactory result, I still had to pay again. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time, and the service was very unprofessional.
