Pathetic services! I asked for Rica waxing and they did milky chocolate wax. I showed them the box from which their executive was taking the wax out. For my skin type only rica is suitable so I got to know that the wax which they are doing is not rica. I asked for basic cleanup and they were charging for advanced clean up. According to the charges, there is no hygiene, staff is not professional, services are not upto the mark.
