Got exemplary service. Will recommend for Arshi. Customer care they really know very well. From entering to their salon upto exit, they really took me seriously and worked fine on even very minute details.

I chose Jawed Habib expecting professionalism, but this turned out to be the worst grooming experience of my life. I had an important professional event and a photoshoot to attend. I clearly and repeatedly instructed the barber to keep my top hair long, maintain a professional look, and only do styling/finishing, as I had recently got a haircut and my hair had not grown much. I explicitly mentioned that I was not here for a haircut, only refinement. Despite this, the barber shortened my top hair by nearly 60–70% and later gave the excuse that he was “removing volume”without my permission. It took me months to grow my hair, and now the length is not even finger-width. This is unacceptable. To make things worse, the barber Made major changes without consent, Created a hard partition using a razor blade without asking, Completely changed my hairstyle from professional to a cheap college-going style, Ignored my instructions and overrode my preferences entirely Because of this, I am now unable to attend my event confidently and my photoshoot is ruined. This happened at the worst possible time, right before an important occasion. I chose Jawed Habib trusting the brand, especially since I had a good experience once before, but this time the barber completely destroyed my hairstyle and confidence. The staff does not listen, makes unauthorized decisions, and puts customers in terrible situations. I will never choose Jawed Habib again. This place has zero respect for customer instructions and can easily ruin months of effort in minutes. Highly disappointing and unacceptable. Visiting date: 20 December 2025, 12 noon

I went for a balayage for the very first time. I was a little skeptical at first, but the hair stylist assured me that he will do as per the reference I showed and he did great work. I would highly recommend this place. I am highly satisfied with my final look.

Coming to this salon from past 3 years and enjoying their services every time. They have adequate space and seating for more than 12 people and sufficient staff to handle the customers all day. No doubt all staff members are trained but I get my grooming done by Rihan. His expertise is in all men’s related grooming list.

Got my butterfly haircut done at Habib — and I’m loving the results ✨ The layers add so much movement and volume while keeping the length intact. It frames the face beautifully and feels super light and stylish. Safe to say — totally worth it 💇‍♀️
