No professional expert, after cutting hair from this salon, started falling. Charge is high but quality is very poor. I personally experienced.

I visited this salon for a hair wash and threading, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very bad experience. The hair wash itself was not done properly—the staff member only washed the top portion of my head and completely neglected the lower part, which left my hair feeling unclean and poorly handled. Things became worse during the combing and blow-drying. The two male staff members were extremely rough and kept forcefully pulling my hair with the comb. It was painful and very uncomfortable. Despite repeatedly telling them that it was hurting me, they continued combing in the same harsh manner without any concern or adjustment. The most disturbing part was during the upper lip waxing. When I asked to remove my upper lip hair with wax, the staff member applied the wax improperly and literally spread it onto my lips. As a result, my lips were ripped and left wounded, causing pain and discomfort even after the service. This showed a complete lack of skill and basic caution. Overall, the service lacked basic care, professionalism, and attention to customer comfort. This was by far one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
