This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with my hair. I went in to get my hair coloured with a specific look in mind, and clearly communicated what I wanted. Instead, the stylist went ahead and did something completely different without my approval. The final result looked nothing like what I asked for — and to make things worse, it’s just days before my birthday. I was hoping for a fresh look to feel confident and happy on my special day, but instead I’m left with a colour I absolutely did not want. This experience has genuinely upset me and completely changed my appearance in a negative way. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Very good experience with LEZARA SALON nice staff must come for any hair treatment. It was very nice experience. She loved her new look. Also the staff was so friendly and service was also good. Thank you PARESH sir for this new look. Totally worth your money and really excellent service.

I recently visited the salon for a few services and I had a pleasant experience. The salon was clean and well-maintained. The pedicure was very relaxing. The staff was gentle and paid attention to detail. My feet felt refreshed and clean afterward. The hair wash was soothing, the products used were professional and smelled great. They also gave a short scalp massage which was a nice touch. The clean-up facial was effective. My skin felt cleaner and looked brighter. Waxing was done hygienically. The staff were polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I am too happy and will surely visit again.

Disappointing experience. The salon charges much more than the quality of service they provide. What’s worse is that prices are increased without informing the customer beforehand. There is no transparency in billing, which feels unfair and unprofessional. I expected better communication and value for money. Would not recommend.
