I usually visit this parlour for a facial, get my eyebrows done, the treatme.nent goes as per the customer. The nail art came into their parlour a few months ago. Ruby did the nails very well the first time, I was impressed, however, for the second time inspite of sitting at the nail art table for a couple of hours, the refilling was done at 1500 rupees, however I have never seen such vad nail art done, the paint chipped off, nails peeled off, the very next moment, I kept telling her that the nails were not dry, she said no it's alright. After 2 days, I called Gunjan at the parlour , she said she would inform Ruby, later I got a call after 4 days asking me to revisit the parlour, during the call I was made to feel like I as lying, I revisited the parlour and showed Ruby my nails, she started to complain you were removing your hands from the dryer, which I did not do ofcourse, she just was so rude and she hurt my finger, and kept saying this is bound to happen during the process, though she redud the nails for few, the others in the parlour were shocked that I did not pay 1509 again , but Ruby said I did not have to pay. This parlour in the absence of Pani Chetri lacks customer service. They made a mistake and need to accept it. Their money has value and my money has no value. This review is from a senior citizen. Such behaviour has to be stopped. This is zero tolerance.

Got my nails done and it was the best experience I ever had. Everyone is so friendly and respectful, they make u so comfortable. It’s been about 2 weeks since i got my nails done and they look and feel exactly like they were on day one. No chipping no falling off no breakage. Its amazing that they use high quality products at such an affordable price.
