Absolutely worst experience. The staff didn't know how to deal with textured hair at all. The service they provided was minimal. I described what I wanted with my haircut and got absolutely none and hated it. I stated that I want to keep my length but it seems like the hairdresser didn't even listen at all. Never visiting them again.
