Am so happy from taking service here,nice environment ☺️☺️ stuff are so polite..at least once visit there

I dont know what is wrong with this massage chain. The jatin bagchi branch reception person hung up on me. And now this woman at this branch. Absolutely unprofessional way of speaking. I wanted to book a massage and she confirmed that I can come at 1:30pm. I also mentioned that I would like to redeem the nearbuy voucher and she immediately said that they have a lot bookings today and cant fit me in. The jatin bagchi branch guy had also hung up on me coz of the nearbuy voucher thing itself. If you dont accept vouchers, why the hell have you registered yourself on the app? WHAT SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING,LAVANA? This woman literally yelled at me for no reason.

Strict action should be taken on the receptionist. She does not even know how to talk to customers. Need to have someone with basic education. With these type of people on the front desk, the business will definitely not going to be competitive.

I wouldn’t even rate this one star. The worst and most non relaxing spa experience I’ve ever had. The masseuse was not experienced, just did whatever she wanted to. Didn’t even complete the massage. Didn’t know what she was doing and was very rough. The shower has some weird smelling black liquid soap that I didn’t trust. The place is very shady and I would not recommend this to anyone. Do not go here for a massage!!

I had a good experience from the Lavana Spa 39A janak Road branch..all people are so polite and the atmosphere is so peaceful...I suggest pls visit once there..
