I took an Ayurvedic treatment at this center under Dr. Derna. While the treatment sessions themselves were conducted properly, the overall experience was not satisfactory for me. Throughout the treatment, I clearly communicated that I was not getting any relief. Even after repeatedly explaining my concerns during and after the sessions, there was no proper follow-up or monitoring of my condition. Once the sessions were completed, there was no effort from the doctor or the center to check on my progress. Instead, I was advised to go for further tests like an MRI, which felt more like shifting responsibility rather than genuinely helping the patient. Another major concern was the medicines. The manger name Shubash - The medicines are quite expensive, and the center provides medicines for the entire treatment duration upfront (for example, one full month) and bills everything together. In my case, many of the medicines were left unused and did not help, which felt like wasted money. I would strongly suggest that patients request medicines on a weekly basis instead of purchasing everything at once. Overall, I felt the approach here was more money-oriented rather than focused on patient care and outcomes. This review is not written out of hatred, but to make others aware so they can take informed decisions before starting treatment at this center. Personally, the Ayurvedic treatment did not help me much. I later tried cupping therapy elsewhere and experienced comparatively better relief. I would advise anyone considering treatment here to clearly discuss follow-up support, medicine requirements, and overall treatment plans before proceeding

Very good treatment and hospitality. Met Dr. Dearna and she treated me for bodypain and for better mobility. Very kind and listens well to the issues. Gopika the therapist is very kind and knew all the therapies needed and did a good job with massage and all the other treatment suggested by Dr. Dearna. Also, Praveena did a good job who helped with my treatment for a day. I felt better from Day 1 and with over one week of treatment, i feel rejuvenated and better. My husband also had a ayurvedic massage session for one day by Raju and he did a great job. Thanks to Inchara, the manager of Inchara. Very good staffs and Doctor.

Went for an abhyanga massage. The hospital is tastefully designed and facilities are in a brand new condition. The massage experience was also quite relaxing. A little more expertise in technique would have been great. The steam was lighter than I prefer. EDIT: Changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars because this time I got assigned to Ms. Anila who did a fantastic job with the massage technique.

I had a wonderful experience at Inchara Ayur Care. I completed a 10-day Panchakarma treatment under Dr. Gopinath, and the entire process was handled very professionally. My therapist Shruthi was excellent kind, patient, and very attentive throughout the sessions. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the massages were truly rejuvenating. Overall, I loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone considering authentic Ayurvedic care.
