I’ve been trying to reach regarding my booking. It’s been six months of chasing their CRM staff with no response. Despite having paid 10% upfront, I’ve received no guidance. I’ve reached the point of requesting a cancellation, but even that is being ignored. No response to any emails sent to leadership teams as well..The lack of transparency and basic communication is unacceptable.

If it was -infinity you can give them. They should be put behind bars, horrible experience if you buy from them. Worst quality, customer service, nothing works and only harass for full money. Not a single amenity work and collect full maintenence and want more for shoddy service provided. Shame on them doing such shameful service and eating hard earned money of ordinary people. There should be an award for worst builder and they will top it due to cheating people.
