*ALERT* DO NOT BUY ANY REAL ESTATE PROJECT. PROS # None CONS # They are poor with commitments. # Not a customer friendly company. You will get lot of miscommitments by some top employees like Mr. Kamal.

I don't live there but I went there and personally I liked it . It security and allover white buildings , swimming pool,and so many things.

very very bad experience, i don’t how much more to undergo since it was my mistake to choose signature global. customer service seems to be polite but actually they will always give u wrong updates & if u are thinking to get any solution by visiting them then u will actually get to know how rude these people are. just don’t trapped by using Signature Global.

⭐ 1 Star – Misleading Promises & Unfair Charges Booked 2BHK Unit N26 with Signature Global in Aug 2021. Sales person (Rinkesh) promised: Possession by Dec 2022 (later Dec 2023) – still no possession even after June 2024 agreement date. 5 years maintenance-free – charged ~₹47k anyway. Instant ₹50k discount – got it after 1 year & RERA complaint. Modular kitchen with chimney – no chimney provided. Late fees of ₹2.55 lakh charged despite delays caused by them; only ₹33k waived. Demand notes often came late, customer care only sends auto replies. My advice: Get every promise in writing, read the agreement before signing, and be prepared for delays. Trust in this brand is broken for me.

I will just say in short the company is fraud , please dont buy property from them , they will sell you flat , shops and unecessary put penalities on you , delay possesion not by month but by years , and give property to a maintaince to their agent for 3-5 years where you will not get any service . Please dont fall in their trap . Their staff will gel you when you buy and when you will raise questions after buying they will treat you as slave .
